Festivals

V S A arts of Indiana (VSAI) Festivals are usually one- or two-day large community events that offer opportunities for creative expression in a variety of arts disciplines.
Children and youth with disabilities and their non-disabled peers rotate through visual arts, music, movement, and storytelling stations. Qualified teaching artists lead the sessions and facilitate the inclusion and participation of all students. Teachers and aides accompany their students and share the experience. Volunteers and local funders help make the events run smoothly. In Crown Point, Indianapolis, and Muncie, the VSAI Festival experience is offered on multiple days.
