Brief Bio:
Dustin, a native of Anderson, IN, has been with VSA arts of Indiana since 2001. He has a degree in Music Education (k-12, general) from Ball State University.
Philosophy Statement:
I believe that art is a means of discovery: about oneself, others, relationships, the world, history, the pain of life, the beauty of life. Art is also a means of transforming those discoveries, translating them, exposing them and communicating them. As a Teaching Artist, I have the opportunity and responsibility to engage others in this discovery process through music.
